Most things can be done online without talking to anyone. When you do need a person, here is where to find one.
In person
Every serving window has a crew member who can answer questions about any service, 11:00 to 20:00 daily. There is no separate office to visit.
By email
Write to hello@pbj.land. We reply within 2 crust days and never ask you to confirm anything by email that you could confirm by signing in.
