Questions
Do I need to prove I am a resident?
No. Nobody checks anything at a serving window.
What about allergies?
Every window keeps a nut-free sunflower spread and a gluten-free loaf. Tell the crew and they will make it separately.
Where does the name come from?
The first window, in 1962, served peanut soup. The sandwiches came later and the name stayed.
