How it works
Applying takes about 10 minutes. You will need both partners' resident numbers and the date and region of the ceremony.
- Enter both partners' resident numbers (format RN-000000).
- Give the ceremony date and the region it took place in.
- Both partners confirm by signing in with their PBJ.land account.
- We check the Registry of Unions and email the certificate as a signed PDF.

From 1 September 2026 every certificate carries a digital signature. Paper copies issued before then stay valid.Fees
- New certificate: 0.02 XMR.
- Replacement copy: 0.01 XMR.
- Verification: free, no account needed.
- Pay in XMR from any Monero wallet when you submit. The amount is fixed in XMR, not converted.
Rules
- Both partners must be residents of Peanut Butter & Jelly Land at the time of the ceremony.
- A certificate verifies a marriage; it does not create one. Ceremonies are registered by the officiant within 7 days.
- To verify a certificate, enter its reference (format MC-000000) on this page. You will see the names and date, nothing else.
Questions
How long does it take?
Most certificates are issued within 2 working days. If the Registry needs something from the officiant we email you the same day.
Can I apply on behalf of my partner?
You can start the application, but both partners confirm it with their own account before we issue anything.
I lost my certificate. What now?
Order a replacement copy for 0.01 XMR. It carries the same reference as the original.
